Yesterday was also Witney's 2nd day of Waterbabies. We are hoping she will follow in Will's footsteps and be a fish in the water. So far she seems to really enjoy it. Now that Grandma Wallace is retired she is able to come with us to swimming.
On Sunday April 3 we decided it was time to get in the Easter Spirit. We took the kids to the School of The Arts Easter Extravaganza. It was very cute and Will got to participate in his first Easter Egg Hunt of the season!
We have really been struggling with bedtime with Will since about 2 weeks before Witney was born. It has developed into me having to sit in his room until he falls asleep, which can be anywhere from 15 minutes to almost 2 hours. Needless to say it has gotten old. A few weeks ago I came up with an idea of making a Big Boy Chart, and for each night that Will allows me or Bill to leave the room while he is still awake, he gets a letter the next morning. And once he spells his name we get to do something fun.
Will's Completed Big Boy Chart
He completed the chart the weekend of the Easter Extravaganza, so we used that as our fun event. We offered to take the letters off and start over so that we could do another fun event, but Will said he wanted to just keep the letters on his chart.
