We had an excellent Christmas this year. Will did not get the memo that it was Christmas and not a work day, and woke us up at 5:50 am. We brought him into our bed and he watched Cars while we tried to get a few more minutes of sleep. Then we all got up and went downstairs to see what Santa had brought. We helped Will open his stocking. He received three Thomas the Train pieces from Santa in his stocking, and he was content stopping there. He went into the family room and played with his trains and did not care that there was a tree full of unopened presents in the other room. Once we were able to get him away from the train table, we had breakfast and then went back into the living room to open presents. We had a great morning!

Will's Name TrainGrandma and Grandpa Wallace headed over to our house around 10 am on Christmas morning. They called when they were nearby and daddy took Will upstairs to go potty. While they were upstairs, I helped Grandma and Grandpa bring in all the presents and bring the kitchen from Grandma and Grandpa up from the basement. Will was very surprised to see a whole new group of wrapped presents under the tree, and his new kitchen ready for him to play with. We had a great afternoon celebrating Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Wallace!
