Zink Family Journal: Wedding Weekend In West Virginia

This weekend we took a road trip with Grandma and Grandpa Zink to West Virginia for our cousin Ben's wedding. We rented a minivan and headed down on Friday morning. We met up with Great- Aunt Karen when we were on the West side of Buffalo and we ran into Great- Uncle John and Great- Aunt Kathy and Cousins Jessica and Emily at the Angola thruway rest stop. Overall he did great for being in the car for 5+ hours each way. We did have to break out the DVD player and put Cars on for a bit on the way down.

The hotel we stayed at had an indoor pool and hot tub, so we had to make sure to fit that into our schedule several times. The "fish" loved every minute of it.

One of the tourist things we had to do was go to Cabella's. Bill had been talking about Cabella's for weeks. Will fell asleep on the way there, but after his power nap he really seemed to enjoy it. Grandpa Zink got him a real tree shirt and a camoflouage hat that says "I Hunt For Hugs".

Saturday afternoon was the wedding. Will did pretty good for the ceremony. Grandma Zink, Will, and I left after Bill and I took up the gifts, so that we could get him home for a nap before the reception.

Will had a blast at the reception. He was a butt- scooting dancing king. He loved being out on the dance floor with everyone listening to the music and bouncing to the beat.
